At Lift NT, we train in 4-week blocks — giving structure to your training and flexibility to your schedule. You choose the sessions that work for you, and lock in your spot for the month ahead.
We offer two types of sessions, both built to challenge you in the best way:
AM Functional HIIT – 45-minute high-intensity sessions using kettlebells, dumbbells, plates, slam balls, and bodyweight. Fast-paced, sweaty, and done before the day gets away from you.
PM Functional Fitness – 1-hour sessions with a proper warm-up, progressive strength cycles, and a spicy workout to finish — barbells, running, rig work, and a solid dose of grit.
The workouts are fresh, the crew is next-level, and the vibe is always high. You’ll move with purpose, laugh out loud, and leave feeling stronger — not just physically, but part of something bigger. Lift NT isn’t just a gym. It’s a team that shows up, backs each other, and keeps training fun.
Our Sessions
Sessions are purchased individually and are non-refundable (I work full-time — and chasing admin ain’t it 😅).
But we get it — life happens…Can’t make a session? No worries! All sessions are fully transferable. You can pass them on or sell them on to someone who can make it! We’ve even got a members Facebook group where sessions are sold and swapped as things pop up.
It keeps things simple, flexible, and running smooth — just how we like it.
